The Founder
Terrell M. Woods is a C4–C5 incomplete SCI inventor, entrepreneur, and the sole architect of the AMP & More portfolio. He designs from inside the challenge he is solving—and that is not a detail. It is the whole point.
An incomplete spinal cord injury altered his physical mechanics, but it never touched his intellect. His body might be unpredictable—firing off a spasm that turns heads across a room—but he simply lets it pass, reassures the room, and gets right back to work. The physical challenges are just variables. The true engine of his work is a mind that consistently out-thinks every room it enters.

He doesn't just build a solution and coast. He builds the initial version, immediately designs the version that beats it, and then creates the one that makes the second obsolete. Filing six provisional patents across entirely different product lines isn't a sign of scattered focus. It's the track record of an inventor who refuses to accept the word “finished.”

This entire portfolio exists because the world tried to tell him no. When a dealership said adaptive hand controls simply didn't exist for his new go-kart, he didn't return the go-kart. He went home and engineered his own system from scratch in twenty minutes. That wasn't a one-off stroke of luck. That is exactly how he operates.
"There's never a door I can't get out of. If there's no door, I find a window. And if there's no window, I break down the wall."
Mobility hardware, sports intelligence, fine jewelry, emergency infrastructure, a gaming brand, and a foundation. They are all architected by one founder. To an outsider, it might look like an impossible spread. In reality, it is simply one mind moving at a velocity that traditional development can't track.
"They say I can't stay on topic, but I don't think in straight lines; I think in a web. It's not that I can't focus—it's that they can't keep up with the connections."
He knows better than anyone what it costs when movement cannot be trusted. Because his own nervous system fires on its own schedule, absolute reliability became the foundational requirement for every blueprint he draws. That is the unifying thread across the entire portfolio: engineering things that move exactly when, how, and for whom they are supposed to.

The Lisa Ann Woods Foundation is the heartbeat of the AMP & More ecosystem. It was built on the final directive of a mother who chose staying close over everything else, and who laid down the ultimate law before she passed:
“All you got is one another.”
Every letter is a pillar of her legacy. L for the love she gave freely. A for the anchor she provided. W for the Woods name she passed down. We are simply the proof of the law she set.
Innovation without access is incomplete. The LAW Foundation operates as a hub-and-spoke nonprofit, with AMP & More LLC as its technology partner — funding and distributing adaptive technology, like the EZ Cruise ecosystem, directly to the people who need it most, regardless of what they can pay.
She was loud, honest, and undeniably herself. The tribute is the same.
